KODANSHA – Tokyo Revengers “Japan Revengers”

OUTLINE

Hacking “Tokyo Revengers” throughout Japan’s 47 prefectures — By having the characters say what the locals have in their hearts “what they want to shout out to Japan”, we transformed the manga from a “Tokyo’s” manga to a “local” manga. By integrating newspapers, outdoor advertisements, bookstores, and social media with local support, we created a mechanism that makes both fans and non-fans get curious about how the campaign would turn out for their hometown.
