Spikes Asia judging will be conducted locally in Singapore, for the first time since the outbreak of COVID-19, and the results of the awards will be announced in March 2023.<br><br><strong>\u3010Creative Data and Innovation Category Judge\u3011Yuichiro Horie, \u3000TBWA\\HAKUHODO Head of Planning<\/strong><br><strong>&lt;Comment><\/strong> Issues and events that were previously thought of as independent and separate are now connected by the glue of data, creating new experiences. I believe \u201cCreative Data and Innovation\u201d is the category where the pioneers of such changes and trends of the times gather, which makes me excited. Through conversations with the diverse panel of judges, I hope we could deepen our understanding on the nature of innovation that will open up an increasingly complex world.<br><br><strong>&lt;Profile><\/strong> After working for independent agencies, Horie joined TBWA Tokyo office in 2006. After working as a planning director for multiple years, Horie has served as Head of Planning since 2017. He drives the development of brand growth strategies using TBWA&#8217;s Disruption method.
