Her work has earned some of the industry\u2019s highest honors, including the Cannes Lions Titanium Grand Prix, D&amp;AD Black Pencil, Japan Media Arts Festival Grand Prize, and Good Design Gold Award, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201c<em>I\u2018m honored to serve again as a Regional Jury member for the ANDY Awards this year,<\/em>\u201d said Kyoko Yonezawa, Head of Innovation at TBWA\\HAKUHODO. \u201cThere\u2019s so much richness in Asian creativity \u2014 layers of culture, emotion, and uniqueness that sometimes get lost in translation. I\u2018m looking forward to discovering bold ideas that move the world from our region.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Established in 1964 by <em>The Advertising Club of New York<\/em>, the ANDY Awards celebrate ideas that redefine creativity, honoring work distinguished by purity of concept, craftsmanship, innovation, and cultural impact. Judged by a select, invitation-only panel of global creative leaders \u2014 including CCOs and CEOs from top agencies and brands \u2014 the awards are known for their real-time, open feedback process and are widely regarded as a barometer for the year\u2019s most groundbreaking work, often predicting Cannes Lions winners and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Profile: Kyoko Yonezawa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Head of Innovation, TBWA\\HAKUHODO&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kyoko Yonezawa studied Aerospace Engineering at the University of Tokyo and pursued graduate research in Human-Computer Interaction. While in school, she was selected for Japan\u2019s Exploratory IT Human Resources Project (MITOU Program), through which she developed the cat-wearable device <em>Cat@Log<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She began her career at Dentsu in 2010, followed by a secondment to the space startup ispace, before joining Wieden+Kennedy Tokyo in 2020 as Creative Tech Director.
