A message from Wataru Uchida, President & CEO<\/strong>
\u201cIn recent years, there has been a growing demand from clients and society at large for greater focus on ESG (Environment, Society, Governance) initiatives. At TBWA\\HAKUHODO, we are committed to our mission of \u201ccreating meaningful social change with creativity\u201d and we are addressing challenges head-on.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We have responsibilities to fulfill as a company, and we also have a wide variety of like-minded partners with whom we aim to collaborate in promoting sustainability. We have made sustainability as a key pillar of our business strategy, viewing sustainability not just as a social responsibility but as an essential driver of our company\u2019s evolution and growth.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Specifically, we have established our policy and framework of the \u201cTHREE Ps\u201d (People, Planet, Process), through which our entire company apparatus will actively pursue sustainability.

POLICY OUTLINE<\/strong>
We believe that human creativity is the force that drives meaningful changes for good in society.
Our activities are based on the unwavering belief that the release of human creativity will lead to good changes in our company, and ultimately in society. We see the potential for growth in humans and the environment and work together with our employees, customers, partner companies and consumers toward this goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n
